Overview
The MIG250WRZ is a quality inverter MIG welding machine with MMA (stick electrode) and DC-TIG functions. Produced using tried and
tested IGBT inverter technology, this machine is highly reliable, robust and stacked with all the features that you would expect from an
industrial welding machine. The MIG function allows you to weld with both Gas Shielded and Gasless wires and easy step-less adjustment
of voltage and wire feed make for easy setting of welding parameters giving excellent, professional welding results. Wire Inch gives easy
feeding of the wire during set up without gas wastage and the Burn Back adjustment leaves the wire stick out ready for the next weld. The
MIG250WRZ is also Spoolgun-Ready and allows simple connection of the XASP240 Spoolgun for use with soft or very thin wires that often
don’t have the column strength to successfully feed through standard Mig Torches, such as aluminium wire. The MMA welding capability
delivers easy welding with electrodes producing high-quality welds including cast Iron, stainless steel, and low hydrogen. Connection of
the XA17V Tig Torch provides quality Lift-Arc DC-TIG welding of steel, stainless steel, and copper. The MIG250WRZ is a tried and proven
design, a popular workshop machine for industrial fabrication, transport engineering, panel repair, farm workshop, and general maintenance
work. The single-phase MIG250WRZ gives you the flexibility of multiple welding processes with plenty of power to get the job done.

MULTI PROCESS WELDING
This three in one machine, lets you perform MIG, TIG and STICK welding all on one machine. There is also support for both gas shielded MIG and gasless MIG wire. There is no need to swap between machines, saving you time and setup.
GEARED WIRE DRIVE
This machine features a geared roller drive unit, providing consistent and smooth wire feed. This also assists with using longer MIG Torches.
SPOOL GUN READY
This machine is Spool Gun ready, so you have the option of attaching a Spool Gun to run softer core wires such as Aluminium MIG wire. The advantage of the Spool Gun is that you do not need to change the setup of your existing torch or drive roller. The spool gun lets you quickly switch over to get the job done with no downtime.
PUSH-PULL READY
Push-Pull Guns provide the smoothest wire speed, especially when MIG welding Aluminium. The ‘Pull’ motor in the torch allows the wire to be fed over a much longer distance, giving you more flexibility to move and manoeuvre whilst MIG welding.
